Your QuantumSabre Security Box is backed by our commitment to quality and a limited hardware warranty.
This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
1. Warranty Duration
All QuantumSabre / Firegate hardware includes a:
✔ 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
This coverage is valid from the date of original purchase and meets legal standards across the UK, EU, and other supported regions.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty protects you against:
-Manufacturing defects
-Faulty internal components
-Hardware failure under normal use
-Dead-on-arrival units
-Non-functional ports (Ethernet, USB, power)
If a claim is approved, we will:
–Repair the device,
–Replace it with a new or refurbished model,
-or Refund the purchase (only if repair/replacement is not possible).
The appropriate remedy is chosen at our sole discretion.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
3.1 Tamper-Evident Seal Requirement
Each device includes a tamper-evident security seal.
Your warranty is valid only if the seal is:
-Intact
-Unbroken
-Unaltered
-Untouched
3.2 Warranty Automatically Void If:
-The seal is broken, scratched, lifted, or removed
-The casing has been opened
-Internal components show signs of tampering
-The enclosure was forced open or drilled
-Any hardware was modified or replaced
Note: These conditions are essential to preserve the device’s cybersecurity integrity.
3.3 Additional Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
-Physical damage (drops, cracks, etc.)
-Water or moisture damage
-Electrical surges or overheating
-Use of unapproved power supplies
-Mishandling or misuse
-Third-party firmware or software
-External damage from accessories or improper mounting
-Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.)
-Improper return packaging resulting in damage
4. Cybersecurity Limitations
QuantumSabre improves your cybersecurity posture, but no system is 100% bulletproof.
This warranty does not cover:
-Cyberattacks or hacking
-Malware or ransomware
-Intrusions or data loss
-Network compatibility issues with your router or ISP
-Downtime caused by external network factors
-False positives/negatives in threat detection
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To begin a claim, email:
Include:
-Your full name
-Order number or proof of purchase
-Serial number (from the box or device)
-Description of the issue
-Photos or video (if applicable)
We may request the unit be returned for inspection.
6. Our Responsibilities
If your device qualifies for warranty:
-We will repair or replace the unit at no cost
-If repair/replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund
-We cover return shipping for approved claims
7. Your Responsibilities
As a customer, you must:
-Use the product as directed in documentation
-Keep the tamper-evident seal intact
-Install firmware/security updates
-Use the supplied or recommended power supply
-Avoid physical or electrical damage
-Pack returns securely to avoid further damage
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuantumSabre / Firegate is not liable for:
-Loss of business or profits
-Data loss or corruption
-Network downtime
-Cyberattacks or infections
-Misconfiguration by the user
-Router or ISP issues
-Damage caused by third-party tools or services
-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
