These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of QuantumSabre and Firegate products, including the QuantumSabre Security Box, Firegate-branded software, firmware, websites, portals, and support services (“Services”).
By purchasing, registering, or using any QuantumSabre or Firegate product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
1. Who We Are

2. Definitions
–Device – The QuantumSabre Security Box or any hardware sold under QuantumSabre or Firegate.
–Customer / You – The person purchasing or using the device or service.
–Firmware – The embedded software installed on the device, including updates.
–Services – Websites, support portals, firmware updates, and Firegate features.
–Content – Any information, instructions, or documentation provided by us.
3. Eligibility
To use our products or services, you must be:
-At least 18 years old, or
-Legally permitted to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
4. Purchase & Payment
4.1 Payments Are Processed by Third Parties
Payments are handled securely by:
-Stripe
-PayPal
-Amazon
-eBay
We do not store your card or bank details. Billing data is processed under their privacy policies.
4.2 Order Acceptance
We may cancel or refuse orders due to:
-Stock unavailability
-Suspicion of fraud
-Errors in pricing
-Violation of these Terms
5. Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped via third-party couriers.
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
-Shipping carriers
-Customs clearance
-Strikes or weather events
-Force majeure or events beyond our control
6. Returns & Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The device is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped
The device is returned in original condition
We may deny refunds in cases of:
Obvious misuse or physical damage
Missing parts or serial tampering

7. Device Functionality & Limitations
7.1 No Security Guarantee
QuantumSabre enhances your cybersecurity posture, but no system can block 100% of threats.
We are not liable for:
-Malware, ransomware, or network intrusion
-Data loss, breach, or compromise
-Incorrect configuration by users
7.2 No Remote Access
Your device:
-Does not allow remote access
-Does not transmit logs, alerts, DNS queries, or usage data to us
7.3 Local Processing Only
All security functions operate locally, including:
-Deep packet inspection
-Suricata IDS/IPS
-DNS filtering
-Threat detection
7.4 Firmware & Updates
By using the product, you agree:
-To install security updates
-Not to reverse-engineer or modify the firmware
-Not to disable protection mechanisms
Failure to update may reduce security or break functionality.
8. Permitted Use
You are licensed to:
-Use the device in your home or business
-Access local logs and settings
-Receive updates and support
This licence is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:
-Use the device for illegal activity
-Reverse engineer or resell firmware
-Bypass update mechanisms
-Tamper with security controls
-Use the device in critical national infrastructure without written approval
-Upload malware to the device
-Attempt to exploit or hack our servers
Violation may result in immediate licence termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, firmware, branding, documentation, and design remain the property of:

You receive a limited licence for personal or business use only.
11. No Remote Monitoring or Logging
We do not and cannot:
-Monitor your device
-Access your logs or browsing history
-Collect DNS data or traffic details
-Receive telemetry
-View alerts or incident reports
All data remains entirely local and under your control.
12. Privacy
Your use of the device is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge:
-We store only your name, email, and serial number
-All support records are deleted after 90 days
-We do not store payment info
-We do not send marketing emails
-Only urgent security notifications may be issued
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuantumSabre / Firegate harmless from any:
-Legal claims
-Losses or damages
-Liabilities or expenses
-Attorney or court fees
…arising from misuse, illegal usage, or improper setup of the device.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
-Business losses or interruptions
-Downtime, data corruption, or profit loss
-Security failures or configuration errors
-Damage to third-party equipment
-Failures in external services
Our total liability is capped at the original purchase price of the device.
15. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty that covers:
-Hardware faults
-Manufacturing defects
-Firmware-related malfunctions
Warranty does not cover:
-Misuse or accidents
-Water/fire/electrical damage
-Modification or tampering
-Unsupported environments or improper installation
16. Termination
We may revoke your licence or access if:
-You breach these Terms
-You hack or attempt to exploit our services
-You use the device for illegal purposes
On termination:
-You must stop using our software/firmware
-Local device use may be restricted
-Refunds will not be provided
17. Governing Law
Depending on your location, these Terms are governed by:
–UK law (if you reside in the United Kingdom)
–EU consumer law (if you reside in the EU)
–Local jurisdiction (if required by your country)
All disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales, unless local law requires otherwise.
18. Severability
If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement remains fully enforceable.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
